All work includes a 1 year warranty on labour.
Used products supplied by client are not covered under warranty, and a labour and material fee for any repairs or replacements of these products will be charged to the client.
Faulty new products supplied by client are covered by their respective warranties, however, a labour and material fee for any repairs or replacements of these products will be charged to the client unless covered by the product manufacturer.
Faulty new products supplied by Silver Knight Heating through the manufacturer or supplier are covered by their respective warranties, however, a labour and material fee for any repairs or replacements of these products will be charged to the client unless covered by the product manufacturer.
Warranties will become void if any work or product installed by Silver Knight Heating is altered in any way by another person or plumbing/gas tradesperson.
***ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT. FULL PAYMENT NOT MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A ONE TIME 10% LATE FEE OF REMAINING INVOICE BALANCE AND A FURTHER 2%/MONTH INTEREST FEE AFTER 60 DAYS***

Any changes to design/plan/fixtures by client/contractor OR unforeseen additional work/repairs during any stage requiring alteration/addition/extra travel/site time for plumbing/gas will incur extra cost. Some cases may require payment before work continues if requested by Silver Knight Heating.
No refunds for cancelled contracts with deposits or partial payments without due cause. Cancellation of contract without due cause by client will be subject to a requirement of client to pay 50% of remaining balance owing.
